Terms of Service

1. General
These terms of service apply to all agreements between you and Regrettable ApS (hereinafter "Regrettable") regarding the use of our SaaS platform for the withdrawal button under EU Directive 2023/2673. By using our service, you accept these terms in full.
2. The Service
Regrettable provides a drop-in withdrawal button widget that can be integrated into your webshop. The service includes widget hosting, withdrawal request handling, email notifications, and compliance documentation to help you meet your obligations under EU consumer protection law.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Liability
Regrettable strives to provide a reliable and available service but cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from downtime, errors, data loss, or lack of regulatory compliance. The webshop owner remains solely responsible for the correct implementation of the widget and for compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the end of your subscription.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ireland.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be given at least 30 days' notice of any material changes. Changes will be communicated via email and published on our website.
